About

The Beginning

FADEP is a state chapter under the National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships (NACEP) . After several of the Guiding Team members met at the national conference for NACEP, the idea of FADEP was born in the fall of 2018. The first meeting was held at the Florida College Access Network, and the formal organization was launched in March 2019.

Currently, over 48 K-12 districts, post-secondary institutions, and community organizations are supporting the start of FADEP because of the impact on student lives that dual enrollment has every day.

The MissioN

The mission of Florida Alliance of Dual Enrollment Partnerships (FADEP) is to develop robust resources and best practices at the intersection of high school and college by advancing quality college courses and programs for high school students. We are a state organization dedicated to student success through development of programs, practitioners, and policy.
